Refund Policy
Course fees are non-refundable once access to course content has been provided. This includes access to videos, live sessions, recordings, downloadable materials, or any digital resources.
Refund requests will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of personal schedule or availability
- Lack of participation or attendance
- Technical issues arising from the user’s device or internet connection
- Change of interest after enrollment
Exceptional Refunds
In rare and exceptional circumstances, Insight Homeopathy may consider a refund at its sole discretion if:
- The course is canceled by Insight Homeopathy before commencement
- A duplicate or excess payment has been made by the student
Any approved refund will be processed after applicable deductions for administrative or payment gateway charges.
Cancellation by Insight Homeopathy
Insight Homeopathy reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a course or session due to unforeseen circumstances, instructor availability, or operational reasons.
In such cases, enrolled students may be offered:
- Access to a rescheduled session or alternative batch, or
- A refund, at the discretion of Insight Homeopathy
Transfer of Enrollment
Course enrollment is non-transferable. Access to courses, login credentials, and learning materials are strictly for the individual who has enrolled.
No Chargebacks Policy
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Insight Homeopathy may result in immediate suspension of course access and future enrollment restrictions.
Students are encouraged to contact our support team to resolve any concerns before initiating payment disputes.
Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
